At our Sheffield and Midland sites we manufacture corrugated boxes (also called cases or cartons). With our bespoke design service, we can create corrugated boxes to suit your requirements as well as standard case styles. Offering options to print, die cut, stitch or glue our cases are supplied flat packed and are easy to assemble making them an efficient and cost saving packaging solution. We supply a wide range of manufacturing and commerce organisations and have additional capability within heavy duty and large format corrugated boxes. This means we are able to supply corrugated boxes which offer additional protection to heavy and large items. Made from sheets of corrugated board our boxes offer a sustainable solution which can easily be recycled.

Pallet packs (also called pallet boxes) are used in a wide range of applications, providing a cost effective packaging solution ideal for shipping bulky or heavy goods. The most common pallet packs consist of a pallet, tray, sleeve and lid. The sleeve is collapsible providing a pack which can be stored and transported efficiently. At Westpack we have an in-house assembly department specialising in pallet packs, which can be supplied in standard or bespoke pallet footprint sizes. The caps, trays and sleeves are all manufactured in-house via our specialist corrugated machinery which means we can supply various quantities, sizes, board grades and die cut pallet packs. Often used as an alternative to FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk containers) which are generally manufactured overseas and due to their material difficult to recycle. Pallet packs can also replace wooden packaging solutions which require extra space and more complex recycling processes. Our heavy duty corrugated pallet pack provides a recyclable and sustainable packaging solution and can be made to standard or your bespoke requirements including wooden and corrugated pallet options depending on the application.
